Half marathon done! ?? First time to run at a steady pace the whooooooole way. I love sprinting specially at the beginning of the race (my biggest downfall for Long Distance Running) but this time I controlled myself and consciously kept the form of arms and core intact the whole 21km. I guess it kinda helped that Coach @igelopez voice was constantly in my head "o form mo" haha. ?? No hingal factor at all except pag may hills. Ang galing! Nakakaaliw! Thanks Coach. Got me excited to keep training for my very first Marathon in NYC! #nycmarathon2016
