Excited to celebrate @thedutchnyc's 5th birthday tonight! We're bringing lots of these Coconut Brioche Ice Cream Sandwiches over with us to serve up, each filled with coconut line sorbet, caramelized pineapple, and a swirl of guava caramel, then filled with a shot of rum coconut water that you can sip from a straw.
