Showing my children the importance of living life with a full open heart and to love what in within us is more important then mastering any asana out there. With asana we can work through difficulties and test our minds in uncomfortable situation which is what we do off the mat each day. Yesterday my hubby and I were luck to be able to teach Tootsie how to be the observer and how to be be present in the now by stopping and smelling every set of roses, by watching the family of ducks at the pond, by rolling down the hills for a while , and yes we did a few poses to settle down before we went home. It was as perfect (minus my son not being there?) as I could dream of! Here's our #cobrapose #dharmayoga77challenge contribution to the @dharmayoganyc challenge
