A huge barreling wave at #Pipeline unleashes its energy onto the North Shore of Oahu, #Hawaii while these surfers and boogie boarders wipe the spray from their eyes and reposition for the next one. The energy is released into something that surfers refer to as 'the spit’. When Pipeline is pumping, it is available to just a handful of the best surfers in the world. I sat there in awe as surfers like @ジョン・ジョン・フローレンス, @sunnygarcia, @ジェイミー・オブライエン, @Bethany Hamilton @donkeyshow, @haynsupahman, @ケリー・スレーター and a few others not only survived the wave, but they owned it, danced on it, toyed with it and produced pure poetry on a surf board.
