My NEW ??GARLIC SALT AVAILABLE - FLAVORGOD.COM - Here's my Coconut Chicken Skewers - I cooked these on the stove in a shallow cast iron skillet with grates. But feel free to cook kabobs on a grill. This marinade below works well for all cuts of chicken, including chicken breast. I used chicken thigh, as its my favorite part of the chicken. - Ingredients: ☀️6-8 - chicken thigh / boneless, skinless - ☀️3/4 can - coconut milk ☀️1/4 cup - coconut amino or soy sauce ☀️1 tbsp - sesame oil ☀️2 tbsp - oyster sauce* optional* ☀️3 tbsp - coconut sugar or honey or brown sugar ☀️3 tbsp - garlic / minced , fresh ✳️NEW FLAVOR -1 tbsp - FlavorGod Garlic Herb & Himalayan Salt ☀️1 tbsp - cilantro / fine chop , fresh - Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients above (except for chicken) into a bowl and mix well to make coconut marinade. 2. Next combine chicken and coconut marinade in a large Ziplock bag and seal tightly. Place in a bowl (in case of leakage) and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. 3. Remove chicken from the marinade and thread onto metal skewers, folding the pieces in half. ( if using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 20 minutes). 4. Be sure the grill is clean, then preheat to medium-high heat. To grease the grill, lightly dip a paper towels in vegetable oil and, using tongs, carefully rub over the grates several times until glossy and coated. Grill the chicken kebabs, covered, until golden brown and cooked through, turning skewers occasionally, for 10 to 14 minutes. (Keep an eye on it -- if they are browning too quickly, turn the heat down.) Music??At All by KAYTRANADA
