Today's post training snack! 40g gluten free Oats cooked in a little water and scrambled with 2 egg whites, sprinkled with mixed nuts, cinnamon and @truviauk
FYI I'm not advising anyone to eat this way for anything specific. This is what I've eaten throughout my day but we all have different goals, activity levels, height & weight ect... And what works for one may not work for another. Some will find this too much food others will find it not enough. Hopefully it will inspire some of you to try them though, I find them very tasty ????
