Couture géométrique
The check motif of a wool-gazar fabric is deconstruced to create volume while the motif contours the body. This construction technique was only possible thanks to the many experiments realized in our Parisian Atelier.
During our #parisfashionweek presentation in which the Atelier was recreated, #alithiaspurizampetti and set designer #andyhillman presented the check pieces next to oversized racks and tailors dummies, to emphasize the graphism of these pieces.
