March 8th is International Women’s Day & this year we are taking part in the #PledgeForParity , on the topic of ‘A Call for Gender-Balanced Leadership’. While we are seeing more women in senior management & on boards, we are still a long way off seeing an industry standard, of a 50/50 spilt for gender-balanced leadership. The World Economic Forum predicted in 2014 that it would take until 2095 to achieve global gender parity. Then one year later in 2015, they estimated that a slowdown in the already glacial pace of progress meant the gender gap wouldn't close entirely until 2133.

I am incredibly proud to say that at SAMANTHA WILLS Pty Ltd @SamanthaWillsOfficial our Leadership Team is made up of 50% male & 50% female across our team of Senior Managers / Directors / Founders / Partners – These are the decision makers in our business, the leaders who are bringing their teams up through senior management.
