I remember when I first felt tht feeling, I quickly learned that unrequited love is a real thing. In that same breathe I learned that love and hate were not "opposites", but two sides of the same coin. Both CHARGED with energy, one pointing in a positive direction and the other negative(as opposed to indifference which is no charge at all) .. How easy it is to switch to negative when trying to force someone to feel anything at all for you ... "I know you keep your enemies closer, ya ..." ?
