Do you like heat? and spice?? After lots of chicken parm, pasta and birthday cake last night, today I am all over my favorite anti-inflammation drink: 2 cups water, 2 TBS Mother's apple cider vinegar, as much cayenne, cinnamon, and turmeric as you can handle (everyone is different), fresh lemon juice (as much as you like).
