"Routines" by @shevahh from #LosAngeles #UnitedStates "I'm a routine kind of person. Every day I wake up (usually) at the same time, I make coffee, I call my parents, I go online. Incorporating healthy habits into your every day routine is so important. Even something as little as making your bed every day. Making your bed seems dumb because you're just going to get back into it to sleep later.. but.. at least it'll keep you up and productive and make your living space more livable. I know Nadia does some stretches to wake her up in the morning because she doesn't drink coffee.

The next little thing that I do every day is draw. No matter what. I'm always drawing something. If I don't then I don't feel right. I love felt tip pens for doodling in my Moleskines and in my planner. Yes, I have a planner. Yes, I use it every day. I'm the type of person that can't remember anything unless I write it down. Even using the notepad on my phone doesn't work for me. Now, Nutella isn't really necessarily a healthy habit.....but I gotta give myself a break every once in a while. AKA All the time.
Can we also just talk about how cute these socks are? I'm accepting sock donations and presents for my birthday which is coming up in one month. March 30th! Aries, baby, aries! :) "
