Our new #Chocolate Tornado Tart is out: two textures of chocolate ganache (one that's smooth and molten; one that's light and silky) with pink peppercorn and sweet #orange marmalade. (Our sous chef @cnarf12 must've made over 20 versions of this during testing.)
