We made Cream Caramel Brûlée, Saint Jacques Normande; Fresh Scallops baked in a mushroom cheese sauce, roasted vegetables, 3 kinds of squash I never even knew how to cut let alone cook, and Magret de Canard; duck cooked in endless butter and fresh spices. I learned that when Cooking butter, to prevent it from burning you can add a touch of olive oil. Who knew?! The smell of butter cooking is pure heaven. After the food was ready we sat at that beautiful table. ? #SecretParisTrip
