I always incorporate stuff leg dead legs whether it be leg day or booty day! It's one of my all time favorite exercises. It literally makes me feel like a beast!???

I normally will do 6 sets for 10 rep or until failure. I honestly just rep it out until failure most of the time! This exercise definitely hit the glutes and hamstrings!?
