The Royal Trinity Hospice is located in Clapham, #London, and provides free, compassionate care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses. Trinity was founded in 1891, making it the oldest hospice in the UK, and this year the centre celebrates its 125th anniversary. Today The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron of Royal Trinity Hospice, visited the centre to celebrate this major milestone and meet donors, staff, patients and volunteers. During the visit, HRH sat with patients taking part in an exercise class.
