出張ピラティスの様子を少しだけ...?皆さんピラティスを始めてもうすぐ1年です。ピラティススキルはもちろん上がってますが、それ以上にどんどんキレイに若々しくなっていってます。毎回、私が元気をもらっています。ピラティスだけじゃなくても、何でもやろう、始めようとするきっかけ、気持ちが大事ですね。こんなにがんばってる皆さんの姿を見ると言い訳なんてどっかにいっちゃいますね?一緒に楽しく頑張りましょう。

This is one of my Pilates lesson moments at the community center. Not only their Pilates skill/knowledge has been great but also they are becoming BeYoutiful and strong with their big smile. They always make me smile and tell me how much they love my Pilates lesson. I'm so thankful for them and I have to teach with my passion and smile more like they do. So now what is your excuse? They are so motivated!
