In another avenue of my life I had the privilege to be taught by and work with #WilliamGaskill who died yesterday aged 85.
He was a brilliant director who wasn't an easy man, but he was one of the few people who accepted early on in my life, that I wasn't just one thing...I had more than one creative motor and that was a good thing. Some people 'see' you, some people don't even know you're there...but Bill 'saw' who I was, and I will always be very, very grateful for that.
