I make brown rice Amazake every week. Depend on the wether and humidity will affect Aspergillus, that's why the taste and how much soups come out is different every time. It became like risotto this time? When it became like risotto, I mashed Amazake and use for any kind of cooking as a sugar.
Of course I drink everyday but also my dogs are eating Amazake every meal as well?
