Grilled Filet Mignon with a Blackberry Sauce - We LOVE this recipe by @strictly_fitness_ , this looks absolutely delicious. If you are in the mood for filet mignon, this is the way to go using our #FlavorGod Seasonings! - Ingredients: 2 (5-8 ounce) filet mignon 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup of fresh blackberries 1 tablespoon of organic maple syrup ½ cup water 1 teaspoon #Flavorgod S+P ½ teaspoon #Flavorgod Habanero ¼ teaspoon ground espresso - Directions: One hour prior to grilling remove steaks from refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush both sides of steak with olive oil. Add espresso, @Flavorgod Habanero, and ½ teaspoon @Flavorgod S+P to a small bowl and mix. Sprinkle seasoning generously over both pieces of steak. Place steak on the grill rack over heat. Cover the grill. Use the following timings for grilling filet mignon, and turn once halfway through the grilling time: For a 1-inch cut, grill 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare (145 degrees F). Preheat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with coconut oil. Cut asparagus to desired length and place on baking sheet. Spray with a coat of coconut oil spray and season with ½ teaspoon @Flavorgod S+P. Bake for 15-20 minutes. - Combine blackberries and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes. Add syrup then bring to a boil and allow sauce to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until it begins to thicken. Plate steak and asparagus and top steak with blackberry sauce.
