#Dormeuilnews #kamaalkadri Bespoke clothier, Kamaal Kadri, began his career at the age of 16, apprenticing for 5 years with his father, who owned YAKS bespoke menswear shop in Bombay. He then went on to intern on Savile Row in London.

In 2000, Kamaal moved to New York to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology in the Menswear Design program. Following 5 years at Kenneth Cole, Kamaal worked at Michael Kors in technical design and his appreciation for craftsmanship, style, and commercialization gave him the confidence to eventually establish his own label in 2008.
This month, Kamaal will open his new office and showroom at 39 West 32nd Street in New York City.
