Slow roasted salmon with Sous Vide broccoli. Slow roasting salmon is by far my favorite way to prepare. Every time it's cooked to perfection!!

To make:
1. Preheat oven to 275*F and grease a bottom of a baking dish.
2. Drizzle @sizzlefishfit Salmon with a little melted ghee butter @Flavorgod Seasonings Salt & Pepper seasoning, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Bake 20-30 min or until flesh begins to separate. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh thyme.
4. For the broccoli, place a small head of chopped broccoli in a baggie along with 2 big scoops of ghee butter and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers seasoning. Set Sous Vide to 190*F for about 10-12 minutes. Dinner is served!
