Behind the Scenes. At this festive time of year, our bespoke perfumery team have to step up their efforts as many bespoke customers place re-orders of their personal creations. It's a busy time, and today is no exception. Even Edward, 9th generation director is involved this afternoon with Penny Ellis. Each customer's bottle is personally measured and re-poured, bottled and named at the Jermyn Street perfumery.
