Explanation
Chazuke (茶漬け, ちゃづけ) or ochazuke (お茶漬け, from o + cha tea + tsuke submerge) is a simple Japanese dish made by pouring green tea,dashi出汁, or hot water over cooked rice,roughly in the same proportion as milk over cereal, usually with savoury toppings.
Common topping is Japanese pickles, salmon鮭, mentaiko明太子,and so on.
Today I enjoyed chicken, pickles, and eggs with chicken-dashi(chicken soup).....
Good for my health in winter season....
