The facility lacks supplies and qualified personnel and is therefore capable of providing only rudimentary medical services. Serious cases are referred to a Doctor's Without Borders clinic in the town of #Mweso, which takes about six hours to reach by foot from Kivuye. The #Masisi district, where Kivuye is located, has been affected by cyclical fighting between the government and myriad armed factions for nearly two decades. #DRC #conflict #RDC
