Smoked Turkey Yup! Mesquite Smoked in my @olehickorypits for 14 hours at 200°. Stuffed with garlic, lemons, apples and onions. Spicy Cajun rub from #Pendrerys with a little garlic salt. Letting it rest for a couple hours. Can't wait to slice her up! #jessejames
