I'm #grateful for the power of #prayer
When I really want something specific I no longer pray just for that thing/situation/opportunity. I conclude my prayer with ..."or whatever is in my highest good." I've come to learn that inevitably when things seemingly are falling apart they are actually falling into place. I look back and I now thank #God for so many unanswered prayers. And I am #grateful for all that I've learned during trying times because it has helped me to be stronger, wiser and have more compassion.
This morning I was reminded of this tool that I sometimes take for granted or overlook. I was reminded of the many times before I arrived at set I would take a beat in my car, close my eyes and put my hands together to be thankful, to ask God to help me be of value. On those days I inevitably experienced synchronicity. #Thankful to be reminded of this today.
