Guys, I appreciate your concern about my weight loss in my last photo... Besides the fact that I'm wearing a really tight corset top, I wanted to address to you that I am perfectly healthy. Yes I did lose all the baby weight (from pregnancy) from healthy eating, breastfeeding, and exercising, but I did shed some more pounds after that from all the the traveling and from juggling my business all while being a mommy. I'm doing my best in trying to maintain a healthy balanced life internally and externally, but any working mom would be able to tell you that it's not easy. Although it's tough... I wouldn't have it any other way! I continuously feel stretched and challenged everyday to become better than I was yesterday. I appreciate your guys' concern, and I hope we can continue to support and inspire one another ??
