New York had previously suffered severe flooding from hurricane Sandy prior as hurricanes recently have been going further north than the normal pattern. Yet alas it was a warning without consequence and here Daryna Gavrylenko, visiting from Ukraine, merely loses her umbrella in about a 30mph gust.
