Got invited for a consultation at Orchard Health Clinic today and it felt really good having professionals working on some niggling issues i've been carrying for awhile now.
Here's Martin explaining to me the underlying causes of the discomfort in my right hamstring, which I strained over a month ago. Turns out it's got a lot more to do with my hips. Apart from feeling better and more mobile after just a visit, I also left with great advice with regards to getting my body working at optimum efficiency when I'm on the wall.
