There's something very personal about having a favorite album cut. @ギャランティス made one of the best electronic albums of the year and of course "Runaway" is an awesome song, but this lyric is from my fav album track, "Kill 'Em With The Love". Funny fact about Galantis: I made a song with them a couple years ago before they were called Galantis, but by the time the song came out they chose their group name lol... To be honest when I made that song -- incidentally it's called "Jumbo" and was a sort of industrial techno thing, sounded nothing like the new material -- I was just passing through Stockholm and wanted to get in the studio with @styleofeye... who volunteered to invite a few of his friends to the session, including Bloodshy who I was also a fan of. Anyway. There is a certain class to most Swedish production. These guys are particularly adroit behind the desk. There is a ton of dance music out at the moment, but Galantis is one of the acts I feel the strongest kinship for, because they make what I would call "big-sounding indie" and I really relate to that.
