We often post our UGC wedding-related content on Instagram and those posts have some of the highest engagement of all because they resonate with our followers in a lot of ways. For us, it’s a great way to elevate the brand by showing how we’re part of so many special moments while illustrating how great the products look on real people and more importantly, how great the people look while wearing our products. ________________________________________Q: What motivated your choice to join Iconosquare? A: After looking at several tools in the space, we felt that Iconosquare had the most focus on Instagram tools and measurement. It was an easy choice for us. ________________________________________Q: How has Instagram helped you more than other social networks, to connect with your consumers? A: Instagram users have historically been the most engaged audience by far and naturally, that’s where our focus has been. We love when our followers discuss our posts and give us feedback because we’re always looking to improve. To be sure, we’re still learning about all the different ways that it is “helping” us. For example, we’re still defining what the value of a follower is and how much an appropriate cost per visitor from Instagram to our website is. We know these metrics fairly well in other channels but Instagram is still new to us in some respects.
