Married my best friend on Sunday. There are two kinds of love I've recently discovered. Unconditional love is a love only a parent can know. It's boundless, you would follow your child to the end of the earth and off it. They can do no wrong and even if they did you will always be there for them. And then there is conditional love. Perhaps a better way to say it is "earned love". That is what all of us have as adults. There are conditions to every relationship. We are all complete strangers when we meet and we must earn the respect, love and admiration of our significant others. What you see in romance movies doesn't happen in real life. No white knight swoops in on his gallant steed and rides off with his princess in perpetual bliss. Jenni and I have earned each other's love and respect over the last 5 1/2 years and are loving parents to an amazing little girl and have another child do in May. We live in the real world and know somedays love is a struggle but have never and will never give up on each other. I am honored to call you my wife @ジェイワウ aka Mrs. Mathews. Thank you for making me a better man every day. A perfect marriage is two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other. #Blessed
