The only red meat I'm able to digest is prosciutto (I'm pretty sure it's some weird genetic Italian gastro-God intervention). Here we have on the bottom Italian prosciutto, and on top Spanish prosciutto, the latter going for $150/lb. -- it was heavenly!!
