60 days ago I decided to take control of my life again. I still have huge issues with over eating. But something that I am extremely proud of is that I have gone to the gym to do cardio every single day no matter what for 60 straight days today. And now I am starting a new Challenge. Another one that I have never done before. I am making a challenge to myself to turn this 60 days to 100. Straight days at the gym. As of last week I have start doing two a days with weight lifting at night. That I'm not committed to but the cardio I am.
I'm sure everyone reading this knows "the best way" to work out. I'm sure you all have the best advise etc and I appreciate it but I ask you to reserve your comments of needing to have rest days , no gains, or whatever else you would like to share to show your knowledge about it. I implore you to just encourage me or be encouraged by my diligence and growth of commitment to something I struggle in. Much love.
