Here's another recipe for you guys to try: - Spicy?Honey-Garlic Chicken with Jasmine White Rice and Side Steamed Veggies INGREDIENTS : ✔2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders ✔1/3 cup Coconut Aminos (may use BLA, regular soy sauce or tamari too) ✔2 tbsp minced garlic ✔1 tsp minced ginger ✔2 tbsp @Flavorgod Dynamite? seasonings ✔1 tbsp @Flavorgod Garlic lovers seasonings ✔1/4 cup honey ✔2 tbsp rice vinegar ✔1 tsp sesame oil ✔2 tbsp low sodium Oyster Sauce (may omit if you don't have any and just add more honey) - OPTIONAL GARNISH: ?Sesame seeds ?Chopped green onions DIRECTIONS: - 1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Mix well then reserve some of the sauce mixture before pouring the rest to your chicken. Let it marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. 2. Preheat oven to 400° 3. While waiting, remove marinated chicken from fridge and arrange it in a baking pan. 4. Bake chicken, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Then let it broil for 5-7 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the reserved sauce. *Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
