Hannah Jinkins looked into Japanese processes and mantras, exploring Kintsugi – the Japanese art of mending pottery using staples for her AW15 collection. Using both raw and treated denims, the collection utilises masculine shapes and rough materials, mmanipulating and fitting them with the ‘staple-to-fit’ tailoring method to create garments that play with the idea of spontaneity and femininity #HannahJinkins @hannahjinkins
