Fresh cranberries: 1 to 1 water sugar, gravy, butter, coarse black pepper, flour, Worcestershire, turkey stock, pan drippings. (Top right)

Potatoes and parsnips mashed w Boursin cheese. Blanched green beans: toss with sweet soft shallots in butter and stock. (Bottom right)
