My 11th month having braces ! Today my orthodontist added this rubber bands that links my upper tooth to my lower tooth and it hurts very much omg !! ? This is the the most pain I felt since my teeth got extracted for braces lol. Monthly tightening was okay but this .... I don't even feel like eating orz. On the bright side , my teeth is straight now just closing tiny gaps ! ???? Have to wear this kangaroo bands for 7 weeks sigh. #braces #bracesmalaysia
