@Indianstreetfashion : How did you get into Fashion Designing?

@gamya_wijayadasa : Honestly I have been passionate about fashion from the time I was a toddler. Very particular about which shoes went with which dress and making my own designs through my mom who is a fantastic seamstress in her spare time. I worked in fashion retail all through my teenage years and tweens in Melbourne. I always knew I would turn this in to a business and a brand but the timing was always off. There were a few attempts that didn't really get followed through. It was only 2 years ago that I truly truly dug deep and created a line that I was going to stand by and build and it worked out. By this time I had an MBA and Miss Sri Lanka title to back me up and that helped immensely.
