This was one of my favorite moments from the fall season last year, as a black bear cub climbed an aspen tree. As it was the peak of the fall season, the foliage surrounding the bear was nothing short of spectacular. This was a shot I've dreamed of getting for years, so to see it actually happen was hard to believe at first. From this high perch, he could reach behind him to grab berries from bush as his mother and sibling fed below.
