DAY 1 ✔️ test day!
Day one of my training plan is your benchmark test before completing the next 30 days of workouts & meal plan. The test consists of: - 100 skips
- 20 burpees (full)
- 20 sit ups - 20 walking lunges - 1 min plank - 20 medicine ball twists (I used 10kg)
- 20 squats - 20 burpees
- 400m run
My time was 7 min 31 seconds? this is with setting a timer running consistent with NO pausing throughout the test.
