1⃣ Start with a dry base and add a thin coat of clear polish
2⃣ Sprinkle loose glitter over the nail and gently pat it in with a fan brush. Let dry for about 20 seconds.
3⃣ Brush away the excess glitter and clean around your cuticles as needed.
4⃣ Seal the glitter with another thin coat of clear polish (glitter WILL get in it, so use a cheap polish). Once it's dry you can safely add your favorite topcoat if needed.
