I've known quite a few wonderful directors of music school, conservatoire, academy, etc. But this gentleman, Mr.Herbert Görtz, is probably the most generous and sympathetic director I've ever met.
He came to my recital in Aachen, and let me practice for two days in the concert hall of his music school, der Standort Aachen der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. In addition to that, he invited me to a lunch once, and accompanied me in Beethoven's Emperor Concerto in response to my request!

Now off to Rennes, I'm well inspired & motivated to play the Emperor after visiting the Imperial Cathedral and playing it through with the German Kapellmeister. :) ケルン音楽大学アーヘン校の学長さんにお会いしました。とても気さくで寛容な方でした。二日間学校のコンサートホールで練習させていただいた他、お昼ご飯をご馳走になったり、私の厚かましいリクエストに応えて、ベートーヴェンの協奏曲の伴奏をしてくださいました!

これから、レンヌに向かいます。このタイミングで『皇帝』が弾けることに、特別な喜びと感謝を感じています。☺
