What a great night for the inaugural HOKA ONE ONE Long Island Mile! Congratulations to all those who participated, especially @david_torrence who won with a time of 3:53.91. Out of the 10 men who finished, 7 of them ran under the 4- minute mark! An amazing night of racing at a fantastic community event. Congrats to @kylemerber for putting on a great event for everyone. We'll see you next year!

This is what Track & Field is all about.

This may not be the clearest snapshot of the night, but it's definitely the best at capturing the energy and crowd at the race. @kylemerber did an incredible job putting this race together, and hats off to him for creating an atmosphere very few track meets can equal. Thanks to our sponsor, @hokaoneone, for being behind this event from day one. To @declancmurray for the great pacing job. @garrettheath for pushing the pace during the hardest portion of the race. @runnerspace for streaming the races LIVE for free (which you can still watch now on their website). And to all my family, friends, and fans for all their support. 3:53.91 isn't entirely all me. Even though this is classified as an individual sport, I think we can all agree it was a group effort.
