Update on my @waisttrainer_nzaus ? I'm not super hardcore using this however over the last couple weeks I have made an effort to wear it most days for a few hours ? this particular one is actually comfortable and I have noticed that even when I'm not wearing it I'm subconsciously sitting straighter and standing up taller which is great because my posture normally sucks! ??
