✨????part 3 the side lunge/curtsy w/ 20kg - my legs were on fire??? & I was sweating like a nun in a brothel by this point haha? so after warming up straight into the squats, then jump squats then these side lunges w/ no rest & 10 reps of each and repeat whole set 3 times??✨ thanks again @will_brownpt for training me whilst I was in London!
