When I graduated high school I spent the last of my money on a Nikon N90 film camera. After that day, whenever I had a couple extra bucks, or I sold a shot in a magazine for $50 I would go out and buy more film or a new lens on eBay. I would spend hours analyzing lens charts, and reading camera manuals because it was literally ever penny I had.
I bring this up because to this day I'm still a camera nerd. I still get giddy when the new gear comes in the mail. I can still tell you the cameras with the best dynamic range or lenses with the most sharpness. And my palms still get sweaty when UPS pulls up out front.
Most recently that brown truck arrived with an incredible new piece of technology from @freeflysystems called the #Alta. It is the pinnacle of what is possible today in the drone market -- so to put it thru the paces we @camp4collective went to the Utah desert to make a short film with friends.
