Easy no tools nails? all you need is plastic wrap?
1⃣ Start with a dry base. I use @minimanimoonails Mess No More (pink stuff?) for easy cleanup.
2⃣ Crumple up small pieces of plastic wrap into balls. With a tweezer, dip the wrap into a drop of polish, tap off the excess, and dab it onto your nail.
3⃣ Repeat step 2 in the colors of your choice.
4⃣ Seal with topcoat? I added a charm for extra glam✨
