On July 23 2015, over 250 pilot whales were slaughtered in the Faroe Islands.

111 pilot whales were slaughtered at Bøur killing beach. That same night, another 142 pilot whales were slaughtered at Tórshavn killing beach. The slaughters were undertaken with the assistance of Danish police and navy personnel, with the blessing of the Danish government.
That day, our crew chose to STANDUP against the slaughter.
This Tuesday, Rosie Kunneke of South Africa, Christophe Bondue of Belgium, Xavier Figarella of Corsica (France), Marianna Baldo of Italy, and Kevin Schiltz of Luxembourg, will appear in court for the ‘crime’ of protecting pilot whales.
