Woohoo... I get to do weighted leg presses as a new exercise to strengthen my muscles! ? lunges, squats and leg presses are things I never did before. I have a new respect for all the stabilizing muscles!!! ? When PT makes you sweat that's when it starts getting good. ????? AND the surgeon looked at my knee today and he said he said it looks AMAZING and that I'm healing fast! He was impressed with how stable the knee feels when he did all the test! ?
